Gavin is well respected for his robust analytical skills and an innate ability to provide the detailed and accurate information necessary for a smooth transition from early concept through to an operational Building Maintenance Unit.

After completing a Bachelor or Engineering (Mechanical) in 1993, Gavin spent 4 years as a Design Engineer in the Materials Handling Industry before joining E.W.COX International in 2001.

Gavin enjoyed roles in both the Engineering and Tendering Departments, and was a leading member of a specialist team responsible for developing and executing complex and unique façade access solutions for a number of significant and iconic projects completed around the globe.

Dale’s project experience spans over more than 200 projects completed across a broad range of cultural and geographic boundaries from Australia and the Asia Pacific region, to the Middle East, Russia and the United States.

Dale entered the Façade Access Industry in 1994 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). Starting his career as a graduate design engineer at E.W.COX International, Dale moved throughout the organisation working in a variety of roles from engineering to business development, operations management and General Management through to the role of Engineering Manager for the more complex bespoke solutions world wide.

Pete is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in the façade access industry. He commenced his career with industry leader CoxGomyl as a mechanical design engineer and has since developed a skillset covering consultancy, inspections and certifications, installations and tendering.

Pete has lived and worked in Asia, the Middle East and Australia, applying his skillset to landmark projects around the world. He shares his knowledge via course lecturing, seminars and government advisory work.
