Dale’s project experience spans over more than 200 projects completed across a broad range of cultural and geographic boundaries from Australia and the Asia Pacific region, to the Middle East, Russia and the United States. Dale has been in the facade access industry for over 30 years. Starting his career as a design engineer at a leading BMU manufacturer, Dale moved throughout the organisation working in a variety of roles from engineering to business development, operations management and general management through to the role of engineering manager for complex bespoke solutions world wide.

He commenced his career with an industry-leading manufacturer as a design engineer and has since developed a skillset covering consultancy, inspections and certifications, installations and tendering.Pete has lived and worked in Asia, the Middle East and Australia, applying his skillset to landmark projects around the world.
